性質(zhì)
純堿，俗名蘇打、石堿、碳酸鈉、洗滌堿，含十個結(jié)晶水的碳酸鈉為無色晶體，結(jié)晶水不穩(wěn)定，易風化，變成白色粉末Na2CO3。
為強電解質(zhì)具有鹽的通性和熱穩(wěn)定性，易溶于水，其水溶液呈堿性。
產(chǎn)品用途
純堿是最終重要的化工原料之一，廣泛應(yīng)用與化工、玻璃、冶金、造紙、印染、合成洗滌劑、石油化工、食品、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生等工業(yè)，用量大，在國民經(jīng)濟中占有很大的位置。
質(zhì)量標準
工業(yè)純堿(輕質(zhì)純堿、重質(zhì)純堿)執(zhí)行中華人民共和國頒發(fā)的《工業(yè)碳酸鈉 GB210.1-2004Ⅱ類》標準，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量均達到國際先進水平。
食用純堿執(zhí)行中華人民共和國頒發(fā)的《食品添加劑碳酸GB1886-2008》標準。
純堿分類
按照性質(zhì)分類:工業(yè)級純堿和食品級純堿，工業(yè)級純堿又分為輕質(zhì)純堿和重質(zhì)純堿。
輕質(zhì)純堿和重質(zhì)純堿的本質(zhì)區(qū)別是粒度不同，通俗的講就是輕質(zhì)純堿是粉末，重質(zhì)純堿是小顆粒，使用時不會到處飛揚。
一般廠家使用輕質(zhì)純堿，是因為輕質(zhì)純堿成本低，一般價格差 距在50-100元/噸，浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)廠家都用重質(zhì)純堿，原因是重質(zhì)純堿顆粒大在投料時不會到處飛揚 ，延長窯爐使用壽命。
按照生產(chǎn)工藝分類：氨堿法和聯(lián)堿法
氨堿法跟聯(lián)堿法基本上都是國標，但因生產(chǎn)工藝不同，聯(lián)堿質(zhì)量普遍低于氨堿。價格差距基本上是在100-200元/噸

Soda ash classification

The essential difference between light soda ash and heavy soda ash is that the particle size is different, in layman's terms, light soda ash is a powder and heavy soda ash is a small particle, which will not fly everywhere when used.
The general manufacturers use light soda ash because of the low cost of light soda ash, the general price difference in 50-100 yuan / ton, float glass manufacturers are using heavy soda ash, the reason is that heavy soda ash particles are large in the feeding will not fly everywhere, to extend the life of the furnace.
Classification according to the production process: ammonia and soda ash
Both ammonia and soda are basically national standards, but due to the different production processes, the quality of soda is generally lower than that of ammonia. The price difference is basically in the range of 100-200 RMB/tonne.
