作用與用途
環(huán)己酮是重要化工原料,是制造尼龍、己內酰胺和己二酸的主要中間體。也是重要的工業(yè)溶劑,如用于油漆,特別是用于那些含有硝化纖維、氯乙烯聚合物及其共聚物或甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物油漆等。用于有機磷殺蟲劑及許多類似物等農藥的優(yōu)良溶劑,用作染料的溶劑,作為活塞型航空潤滑油的粘滯溶劑,脂、蠟及橡膠的溶劑。也用作染色和褪光絲的均化劑,擦亮金屬的脫脂劑,木材著色涂漆,可用環(huán)己酮脫膜、脫污、脫斑。環(huán)己酮與氰乙酸縮合得環(huán)己叉氰乙酸,再經消除、脫羧得環(huán)己烯乙腈,最后經加氫得到環(huán)己烯乙胺[3399-73-3],環(huán)己烯乙胺是藥物咳美切、特馬倫等的中間體。 [3]
用作指甲油等化妝品的高沸點溶劑。通常與低沸點溶劑和中沸點溶劑配制成混合溶劑,以獲得適宜的揮發(fā)速度和黏度。

Role and use
Cyclohexanone is an important chemical raw material and is a major intermediate in the manufacture of nylon, caprolactam and adipic acid. It is also an important industrial solvent, for example for paints, especially those containing nitrocellulose, vinyl chloride polymers and their copolymers or methacrylate polymer paints. Excellent solvent for pesticides such as organophosphorus insecticides and many analogues, used as a solvent for dyes, as a viscous solvent for piston type aviation lubricants, grease, wax and rubber. Also used as a homogenising agent for dyeing and fading silk, degreasing agent for polishing metal, wood staining and painting, available as cyclohexanone for film removal, decontamination and spot removal. Cyclohexanone and cyanoacetic acid condensation to cyclohexyl fork cyanoacetic acid, then by elimination, decarboxylation to cyclohexene acetonitrile, and finally by hydrogenation to get cyclohexene ethylamine [3399-73-3], cyclohexene ethylamine is the intermediate of drugs cough Meche, Temaren, etc.. [3]
Used as a high boiling point solvent for cosmetics such as nail polish. Usually blended with low and medium boiling solvents to obtain the right evaporation rate and viscosity.
